International Deliveries
We offer you two delivery options:
Option 1 – Regular shipment (Fedex,Ups or similar)
With this options you save money, but once the package is in your Country you will have to contact the carrier and provide them all the info and documents they might need (depending on your local Country regulations). This means that once the package is in your Country, it’s your responsibility to comply with all the regulations and local fees.
With this option, Import taxes, and local taxes are not included where applicable.
This delivery is free for EU and USA & Canada customers only on orders over 1000 Euro/US Dollars.
Option 2 - Premium Valet door-to-door delivery
With this options we will take care of all info and documents and custom operations and custom duties and the package will be delivered to your home.
With this option Import taxes are included (where applicable).
Local taxes are not included (where applicable).
Should you wish a Valet door to door delivery, let us know and we will send you a quotation.
Your Staurino purchase will be delivered by our fully insured and expert couriers, and will be beautifully gift wrapped, and packaged in a discreet external box.
Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and photographic ID may be required. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a note and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Prior to delivery (For USA & other Countries might apply), FedEx/UPS/DHL (or similar) will contact you soon to ask you some personal info, which are necessary to complete all the steps for importation. In the USA as required by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. This step is mandatory for all US Citizens and US Residents and it is required by U.S. Law.
Duties & Taxes
We include the cost of duties and VAT in your order (For EU only), so you will not need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the following countries:

If you select a country outside of the above, the price you pay on will exclude all relevant import duties. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order. If you don't know how to do it, we can do it for you.
